Author Interview

I am an artist and image consultant from Queens, New York.

I’m retired and enjoy being an author. I really like art and music and have many interests. I’ve written fourteen children’s books to date and six poetry books as well.

I am Latoya (Powell) Dawkins. Born and raised in Lancaster, PA (7th ward) in a beautiful row house in a little alleyway between Rockland and Lime Streets in the eighties.

I am a full-time writer/author/editor and a mother of 5-year-old twins.

My name is Kaswaina Powell, I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. I’m the CEO of Pen To Paper Your Magic Inc.

I was born in Vallejo, California, and received a M.A. in Education at a HBCU (college) Norfolk State University, in Norfolk Virginia.

I’m a mother to an awesome 13 year old who was a preemie.
