I Am A Mini Entrepreneur: Shopping in Nyaomi’s Closet By Tori Ellis
Shopping in Nyaomi’s Closet is a beautiful story of friendship that truly displays the real emotions of military children and families.
Payton’s business as the Military Love Enlister is soaring to new heights. During her travels to various military bases, she met some fantastic kids like her who move around a lot due to their parents’ work or deployment. She found a special girl named Nyaomi, Nyaomi’s dad is also in the army, and they connected instantly. Nyaomi’s mother has a small business called Nyaomi’s Closet. But due to covid, all businesses and schools were closed then they all decided to talk on facetime and get an idea to donate some masks to hospitals. Payton also ordered a jacket from Nyaomi’s Closet for her grandmother’s memorial day.
Join Payton and Nyaomi on their new journey of discovering their friendship. The story teaches about love, diversity, friendship, teamwork, and dealing with difficult times. I love the way Tori tries to inspire children through the “I Am a Mini Entrepreneur series” and encourages them to love and appreciate each other as everyone is unique.
Perfect for 5+
