Lashana Standard is an educator, author, child development specialist, and mother to four boys.
Q: How and when did your journey start as a writer?
I started my writing journey during the pandemic to help children read and to entertain them.
Q: When did you write your first story? Is it published or not?
I wrote my first story in May 2020 and published it September 2022 on Amazon.

My book is about learning the letters of the alphabet in a fun and adventurous way riding through space.
Q: How did these stories and characters come to your mind?
The story and character came to mind because of my four sons and I wanted a character to look similar to them and the story was to learn the alphabet.
Q: Do you want to leave any message for your readers?
Learning can be a fun and exciting adventure. By exploring the alphabet, children can discover new words, ideas, and the joy of reading and communication.
