My Friends and I

My Friends and I is a one-of-a-kind, fun, interactive, timeless memory book for children ages 5-12. The beautifully illustrated book in soft pastel colors captures memories of the young book owners, their friends, classmates, teachers, coaches, family members, or any other person in their lives.

Once the little book owners have filled out the first three pages themselves, the book travels from friend to friend, who will answer questions like: What is your favorite food? What do you like to do in your free time? What songs do you like to listen to? What books do you like to read? What do you want to be when you grow up?

A picture box allows them to insert a picture of themselves or to draw a picture of their own.

YOUNG DETECTIVE by SUMITA BOSE

Young Detective’ is a collection of a dozen mystery stories. At the end of each story there is a question for the readers. The answer to this question solves the mystery. Every child is a detective since they always ask the 5 W’s (when, what, who, why, where). The 5 W’s are the basic questions of a detective. These questions develop the curiosity of a child which in turn helps them to acquire knowledge. It is the job of the parents and teachers to arouse this curiosity for learning to take place. The author Sumita Bose has written the stories and many more in this book for intellectual stimulation.

FEDERICO EXAGGERATED by Hazel Pacheco

Somewhere in the bosque, in the open spaces near the Rio Grande, lives a covey of quail . . .

The flamboyant Federico loves the spotlight, and frequently regales the covey with his exaggerated tales of daring. In this episode, Federico captures the attention of his audience with an inflated story of his bravery on the Rio Grande. Without warning, he is interrupted by the announcement of ripe hackberries. Left without an audience, Federico stomps off and accidentally stumbles onto something that might recapture his friends’ attention—well maybe. What he finds might teach him that truth can be incredible on its own. He just needs to convince his friends he’s not exaggerating.

Meet Our Fabulous Author Kylie Victoria

Q:  First tell us something about yourself?

My name is Kylie and I’m a mom to 4 kiddos! 2 biological and 2 step sons with our blended family.

Q: How and when did your journey start as a writer?

Started January 2022 with a clear vision to help empower our children and bring this message into schools and daycare settings.

Q: When did you write your first story? Is it published or not?

Published August 25th 2022
And hit the charts as a 2x Best Seller on Amazon after launch day

Q: Tell us something more about your books?

Affirmation Activity Included

Q: Why do you choose kids as your reader ? is there any specific reason?

I wanted to empower and teach kindness and self love at a young age as it’s something that’s been missing from the way of the world recently. It’s also an opportunity to teach parents the same tools for themselves and to lead by example.

Q: How did these stories and characters come to your mind?

This is a real story and situation that happened between my daughter and I. It was a simple affirmation activity and journey we do. I thought the message was important to spread.

Q: Do you want to leave any message for your readers?

ᴡʜʏ… ᴡʜʏ ᴅɪᴅ ɪ ᴅᴇᴄɪᴅᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴍᴏᴠᴇ ꜰᴏʀᴡᴀʀᴅ ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴛʜɪꜱ ᴠɪꜱɪᴏɴ, ᴛʜɪꜱ ᴅʀᴇᴀᴍ ᴀɴᴅ ᴛʜɪꜱ ᴘᴜʀᴘᴏꜱᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴡʀɪᴛᴇ ᴍʏ ᴄʜɪʟᴅʀᴇɴ’ꜱ ʙᴏᴏᴋ?

It’s because I want to share with others the importance of self talk, self acceptance and the power of positivity.  Our Words Matter. Especially the beliefs and words we say to ourselves. This is why it’s even more important to teach our children.  They are our future and the importance of teaching these tools at a young age is empowering and confidence.

What Matters Most is more than a children’s book! It’s a tool for your children’s future. Even an opportunity to build confidence between your kiddos and you, the parent.
