God created a special bond between dogs and humans, and this book beautifully explains the relationship between them. I love the concept of this book that tells us that dogs are an amazing gift that God placed in this world for us so we can feel god’s love when we cuddle or play with them.
My name is Shalise Gardner, I am a mother of three young adults and a grandma to my first grandson Malik. I have an MBA and MPA. I have worked in the social work field for over 20 years.
My name is Dr. Evona Lee Smith and I am a wife and mother of five children and a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. I received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Dillard University at New Orleans as well as a Master of Science degree in nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Loyola University at New Orleans. I practiced as a registered nurse since 2003 and a family nurse practitioner since 2009.
I am a wife, mother, educator, and now new author. I have been
teaching for fifteen years. Writing children’s books have always been a
dream of mine. Working with children for years and having two
children of my own provided the insight that I used to help write my books.
My family and I have lived in several different states over the years. I’ve lived on the east coast, in the south, and currently reside in St. Louis, MO. with my husband and two daughters. Originally from Springfield, Ohio, I am happy to be back in the mid-west. Volunteerism is a passion of mine and over the years I’ve worked with several amazing organizations like the YWCA, Girl Scouts, Junior League, and Jack and Jill of America just to name a few.
A Perfect Bedtime story that I read after ages. This book is just an amazing read for children that encourages them to go to bed early.
Every child has a dream in childhood of what they want to become and their choices change daily and that’s the beauty of childhood.
Breathe in … Breathe out…
Blow away that grumpy pout!
This is such a cute and colorful story that teaches children about how to calm your mind and body. It also focuses on how to let go of negative thoughts and keeping your feelings in sync.
This book is about Nia and Nori, two beautiful girls who are meditating to keep their thoughts and feelings in control. Join the sisters on their journey as they explore mindfulness techniques to manage their emotions like listening to music and thinking or doing things that give you happiness.
This book has simple text and very beautiful illustrations so kids can easily understand the story with the picture itself. This book encourages kids to practice yoga and come up with creative ways of mindfulness techniques.
Overall a fun read and learning journey for kids.
This is such a cute and interesting story with a slightly spooky feel , I’m sure children will enjoy reading this book.
