I am originally from Belize, Central America, currently living in Georgia. I hold a doctoral degree in Education from Brenau University in Gainesville, Georgia. I am published poet and author of four children’s books all written in different languages. I love all genre of books but absolutely love books about vampires and fairies. I also enjoy Broadway plays.

My name is Carmelita Milfort-Vasilyeva. I have been working as a Full-time teacher for nine years. I have my Associate’s degree in Elementary Education, a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, and a Master’s degree in Developmental Disabilities.
I am a migration scholar and professional writer who loves to travel. I have lived on 5 continents! I’ve been traveling since I was 13 years old and really love being a global nomad. Now that I have two kids of my own, I want to make it easier for them to realize that travel is normal.
I’ve always loved reading and writing – I hardly leave the house without a book! I live on the North Shore of Massachusetts, which means there are a lot of beautiful places where I can read and write. I grew up in Connecticut but made the move to Massachusetts after studying English in college.

Yay! Summer is here! It is the most fun season for kids because we can spend all day having fun visiting places like beaches, Water parks, and zoos. There are many good things about summer, and my favorite is to eat lots of mangoes, the king of fruits.
Although Summer is a fun season for kids but it’s difficult for birds or other animals, so keep some water and food for birds or animals outside your house and make this summer easier for birds or stray animals.
Audrey Day: I have always loved art. Growing up I filled every spare inch of my homework with doodles. Making art for a living has been a dream of mine forever.
