My name is Shawn Stewart, and I’m the creator behind the Bailey & Daisy children’s book series. I live in Brentwood, Tennessee, where I co-own several grooming salons called The Pampered Pooch, which also inspired my second book, Bailey & Daisy’s Day at The Pampered Pooch. I also have a background as a singer-songwriter, and those creative roots play a big role in my storytelling today. Our two rescue dogs, Bailey and Daisy, quickly became the heart and inspiration behind this entire world.

I’m also neurodivergent and a mom of neurodivergent children, so big feelings, creativity, and different ways of thinking are a regular part of life in my home. I love helping kids feel seen, helping families feel supported, and helping educators create spaces where every learner shines.

I’m Mona Liza Santos, a mom, a traveler, and an empath who loves to imagine and create stories that help children see the beauty in who they are and the world around them.

I’ve written nearly forty children’s books, some playful, some tender, and some that reach a little deeper, but they all come from the same place: love and truth.

Hi! I’m Jori Eady, and I wear many hats—I’m a special education teacher, childcare provider, and children’s book author. I run PrimeTime Babysitting Services, where I provide high quality childcare and tutoring, and I also own EmpowerEd Publishing, where I create books that inspire and educate young readers. Working with children and families has always been my passion, and I love being able to support kids in different ways—whether it’s in the classroom, through my babysitting service, or through the stories I write.
