I was born in Texas and went to school in Texas. I attended the University of Houston, married then moved around the world with the oil industry. I now live in Denton, Texas.

My name is Blake Denson and I am a father of three beautiful baby girls: Yara, Iyla, and Olyver. I am married to my wife Alexis Denson and I am an international Opera Singer. Also growing up I never knew I had dyslexia.

Corrie Elliott is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario Canada. Corrie works with children in mental health settings in Sarnia ON and London ON. Corrie fell in love with creating stories about mental health during her time working with children.

I am a former special education teacher and mother of two young adults (one with autism). I am currently pursuing a full-time career in writing (a lifelong dream).

I was born in New Jersey but my family moved to Miami when I was about 3 years old. I am a single-mom of an amazing teenage boy. I have a Bachelor’s in Communications from FIU. My days are filled with work and the joyful chaos of parenting. I also have a little fur-baby rescue dog Ginger, affectionately known as Gingy.

My name is Cherise Arthur and I am a retired educator and currently teaching a class at a local college on writing and self publishing. I grew up on a farm and always loved animals and writing as a kid. I was lucky enough to have ponies and horses as a child as well as dogs, cats, ducks and even a raccoon. Dad brought him home one day and he was very small. We named him Rocky.

I am Dr. Orissa DePass, an educator of many years. I live in Georgia and have one adult daughter named Clemencia. My mother, also named Clemencia was born in the country Panama. My first book, Clemencia, A Panamanian Cinderella was written to share the beautiful culture of Panama.

My name is Nicole Minard, and I’m not only a mother but also a Behavior Analyst who deeply values the transformative journey of parenting. I find immense joy in the little moments that make up this adventure. My passion lies in empowering parents, guiding them to replace stress with joy by fostering confidence in their parenting skills. Apart from writing, I prioritize spending quality time with my family. I’m also the founder of an Applied Behavior Analysis agency and a co-founder of a Babysitting organization, which further enriches my understanding of child development and family dynamics.

I’m a classically trained violist and violinist who studied music performance at NYU. I am also an art connoisseur and have worked as both art curator, dealer and consultant for a variety of galleries in NYC. I enjoy speaking French, going to the opera, reading Russian novels and going to art shows. I worked as an editor of a variety of art magazines. I also started doing stand up comedy and got some acting roles coming up. So yes, there’s a parallel between me and the character Molly in the book. I too had big dreams of being a “star”.
